710 Diamond Co. is seeking a well-connected Independent Sales Representative to drive wholesale growth across the entire state of New Mexico. You will leverage your existing industry relationships and our established data to place our diverse, high-demand house brands into licensed dispensaries. This is a 1099 Independent contractor 100% commission-only role offering an uncapped 6% payout, full CRM infrastructure, and immediate warm leads through access to our pre-existing accounts.
You will represent a robust catalog of premium house brands, including:
- Concentrates: Premium LoHco Live Resin, First Pull Rosin, and wholesale distillate.
- Flower & Pre-Rolls: High-grade bulk options, ZIPS pre-packaged shake by the oz, and curated Lazy J pre-rolls.
- Infused Products: High-quality wholesale Gummies.
- Full line up of Vape products: Refined resin, rosin, distillate.
Sales Support & Infrastructure
- Warm Pipeline: Immediate access to an established portfolio of existing New Mexico business accounts.
- LeafLink CRM: Complete system access provided for professional order placement, customer tracking, and account management.
- Product Samples: Available for dispensary buyers upon request to facilitate closing deals.
Compensation & Benefits
- 6% Commission paid on total gross sales volume.
- Net Invoices Half Commission when paid in 30 days, falls to 1% after 30 days.
- Uncapped earning potential driven by a large, comprehensive product catalog.
- Residual commissions on all active, recurring account reorders must be actively engaging to expand order.
- Full state autonomy to target accounts across all New Mexico cities and regions.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and service 710 Diamond Co.'s existing business accounts while hunting for new revenue.
- Pitch the full brand portfolio to dispensaries across New Mexico.
- Process wholesale orders and maintain precise records using LeafLink CRM.
- Coordinate the distribution of compliant samples to interested buyers using LeafLink CRM.
- Conduct product demonstrations and staff education (budtender training).
- Ensure all sales processes strictly align with CCD regulations.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of B2B cannabis sales experience.
- Established, active book of business with New Mexico dispensaries.
- Proficiency with LeafLink or similar cannabis B2B platforms.
- Minimum age of 21 years old.
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.
- Computer and Smart phone access.
