Clinical Duties:
● Triage phone calls and messages for physicians
● Verify patient information, take health history, and record medical history
● Accurately perform in house testing, such as strep and flu testing
● Maintain treatment rooms, including helping stock and clean as needed
● Communicate with patients and families regarding medical care
● Obtain prior authorizations for medications or imaging
● Schedule appointments and assist co-workers as needed
● Phlebotomy
● Administer vaccinations as ordered by the physician
Requirements:
● Proficient with EMR
● Punctual and dependable
● Must be a team player and professional
● Must be organized with good time management skills
● CPR certified
