Compensation
- $55,000–$68,000 salary (DOE)

Responsibilities
- Lead daily field operations on commercial roofing and exterior projects
- Coordinate crews, subcontractors, deliveries, and site logistics
- Maintain quality, safety, and production standards
- Communicate with project managers and leadership
- Identify and solve job site issues before they become problems
Requirements
- Commercial roofing or construction experience required
- Proven leadership experience in the field
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to read plans and understand project scopes
- Willingness to travel based on project location
