Description
SAIC is seeking qualified applicants to support a cutting-edge data, analytics, and AI platform. Roles include managing customer relationships, service portfolio and catalog management, software engineering and development, data/AI engineering, IT systems operations, and use case intake and analytics for DoW enterprise-scale mission objectives expected in Spring/Summer 2026.
Positions are contingent pending contract award.
Place of Performance: Arlington, Virginia. Some work may be performed remotely, subject to Government approval.
The Portal Database Administrator – ServiceNow platform administration supports the War Data Platform’s (WDP) operational service portal by administering the backend data structures that power customer onboarding, service request intake, workflow routing, and automation-driven operational processes. This role administers ServiceNow platform data constructs (tables, catalog data, ACLs, transforms, integrations). This role ensures that the portal’s data foundations remain accurate, efficient, accessible, and secure across all WDP enclaves.
Manage the WDP CDCC, providing a range of knowledge management and custom program management applications to the SAIC team, partners, and customers.
Manage and maintain the Service Catalog, including catalog items, categories, variables, and ordering workflows
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Competencies
Understanding of data modeling, schema management, data integrity, indexing, and performance tuning.
Ability to support automated operational workflows, including approvals, routing logic, SLA tracking, and automated task generation.
Qualifications
Bachelors and 5 years of related experience, Masters and 3 years of experience, or PhD
