Overview of position:
We are looking for a Platform Engineer/Architect, Journeyman work in Indianapolis, IN
An active Top Secret / SCI (TS/SCI) clearance and United States Citizenship are required to be considered for this position.
Responsibilities
- Provide platform engineering support for DFAS CCE JWICS classified enclave
- Process and resolve Tier 3 DFASNow support tickets
- Update DFASNow with essential and material information
- Support implementation and testing of new technologies
- Assist with engineering network configuration documentation
- Support CCE infrastructure monitoring activities
- Participate in change control processes
- Document solutions and effort expended in ticketing system
- Coordinate with senior engineers on complex issues
- Support COOP exercises and disaster recovery testing
