Lakeshore RV Resort is a well-maintained RV resort featuring 186 RV sites, cabins, a check-in office, an activity center, and several guest amenities.
We are seeking a dependable Maintenance Technician / Groundskeeper who takes pride in keeping a property clean, safe, and operating smoothly. This is a hands-on outdoor position involving both maintenance repairs and general groundskeeping.
This position begins as part-time with the opportunity to grow into a full-time role for the right person.
Responsibilities
- Repair and maintain irrigation, water, and sewer lines throughout the property
- Perform basic plumbing repairs, including fixing leaks and replacing water spigots at RV sites
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical outlets, breakers, meters, and RV power pedestals as needed
- Assist with outdoor maintenance projects including digging, trenching, lifting, and site repairs
- Operate equipment such as backpack blowers, pressure washers, and power tools
- Keep the pool deck, RV sites, and common areas clean and debris-free
- Sweep and pressure wash RV sites and walkways when needed
- Perform trash and pet waste pickup throughout the property
- Conduct routine property inspections to identify maintenance issues
- Assist with RV site preparation and minor repairs between guest stays
- Maintain organized tools, equipment, and work areas
Qualifications
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical labor
- Comfortable working outdoors in hot and cold weather
- Basic maintenance, plumbing, or electrical repair experience preferred
- Ability to work independently and complete assigned tasks
- Strong attention to detail and pride in maintaining a clean property
