Responsibilities
- Plan and execute engaging volleyball practices tailored to freshmen athletes, emphasizing skill development, teamwork, and sportsmanship
- Lead the team during competitions, providing strategic guidance and motivating players to perform their best
- Foster a positive, inclusive team culture that encourages growth, discipline, and respect among student-athletes
- Communicate regularly with students, parents, and school staff regarding team progress, schedules, and performance feedback
- Ensure all activities adhere to safety protocols
- Maintain detailed records of team attendance, performance metrics, and injury reports
