Responsibilities
- Supervise and engage children during daily activities, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times
- Assist with implementing age-appropriate curriculum plans focused on childhood development and learning through play
- Support classroom management by maintaining a clean, organized, and stimulating environment
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress, needs, and daily activities
- Follow mandated reporting laws to report any concerns related to child safety or well-being
- Support behavior management strategies that promote positive social skills and emotional development
Requirements
- Prior experience working with children in daycare, preschool, babysitting, nannying, or similar settings
- Knowledge of child development principles and early childhood education best practices
- Certification in first aid and CPR (or willingness to obtain upon hire), including pediatric first aid training
- Familiarity with special education needs and experience working with children with disabilities is a plus
- Strong communication skills for effective parent interaction and team collaboration
- Ability to handle multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment with patience and enthusiasm

Pay: From $15.00 per hour
Work Location: In person
