Duties
- Monitor security cameras to detect suspicious activity or security breaches.
- Control access to the premises by verifying identities of employees, visitors, contractors, and vendors.
- Respond promptly to alarms or emergency situations
- Manage conflict situations with professionalism using conflict management skills to de-escalate tensions.
- Collaborate with law enforcement or emergency responders during incidents or investigations.
- Maintain detailed logs of daily activities, incidents, and security checks for reporting purposes.
Requirements
- Proven experience in security is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of surveillance technology and loss prevention techniques is a plus.
- Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and effectively while managing conflicts professionally.
- Excellent observational skills with attention to detail and situational awareness.
