Key Qualifications & Experience:
- Valid credential in Special Education (mild-moderate or equivalent).

- Excellent communication skills for building positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.

Core Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver specialized instruction tailored to each student’s learning goals and accommodations.
- Develop, implement, and monitor progress toward Individualized Education Plans (IEPs).
- Collaborate with general education teachers, paraprofessionals, and support staff to promote student success.
- Maintain regular communication with families regarding student progress, challenges, and achievements.
- Adapt curriculum materials and teaching strategies to address diverse learning needs.
- Foster positive behavioral interventions and support positive social-emotional growth.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with regulations and best practices.
