Responsibilities

Provide home-based early childhood education services to children ages 0–5 and their families.

Support children's development and learning through age-appropriate educational activities and experiences.

Build respectful, culturally responsive and trusting relationships with families while supporting child-development, school-readiness, and family-partnership.

Promote a safe, nurturing, and supportive learning environment for children and families.

Maintain appropriate documentation and follow program policies and requirements.
Requirements

Prefer Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Elementary Education, Social Work, Human Services, or a related field with coursework equivalency.

Minimum high school diploma with a Home Visiting CDA and Family Certification Credential.

Previous early childhood experience preferred.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work effectively with young children and families.

Commitment to supporting the goals and mission of the Head Start program.
