Shift times vary between 7:00 AM–6:30 PM Monday through Thursday, and 7:00 AM–4:30 PM on Fridays

Current NY PT license required; license required if applicable (a screenshot or photo of a completed license application may be accepted)

Current BLS certification required; only AHA-issued BLS is accepted

Minimum 3 years of physical therapy experience required

Two professional references rated 'standard or above average' from a manager or above within the prior year in current specialty
