Splash Carwash in Little Rock, Arkansas is seeking a motivated Accounting Specialist to support our accounting department with daily operations on a part-time, hybrid basis. This is a great opportunity for a current accounting student to gain hands-on experience with real-world accounting processes in a growing business.
Coding bank feed deposit transactions in QuickBooks Online
Processes invoices for approval and payment
Assists with month-close, quarter-close, and annual close processes which includes bank reconciliations, journal entries, etc.
Helps assist fleet manager with accounts receivable
Deposits checks and self serve funds to bank
Assists with other journal entries as needed
Other duties as assigned

Must have or be currently obtaining a degree in accounting
Proficiency in QuickBooks, Microsoft Excel, and Word
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while being well organized and attentive to detail
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Ability to work independently in a hybrid environment
