Eleanor Trucking Company LLC is a locally owned business that focuses mainly on dirt, stone and asphalt. We are immediately hiring a home daily, dedicated truck operator with dump truck experience.
Position Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
- Safely and professionally operating a dump truck.
- Accountable for performance at work.
- Responsible and dependable.
- Punctual to job site and consistent in attendance.
- Respectful to fellow employees and company forman and superintendents.
- Follow all traffic laws, regulations, and company policies while on the job.
- Maintain a clean truck.
- Complete pre-trip, enroute, and post trip inspections of vehicle
-All trucks are equipped with the latest AI dual facing camera for safety.
-Driver will be responsible for 50% of the damage to truck if proven to be at fault.
Job Description
- Full-time
- Monday to Fridays, overtime and weekend work as necessary
- Typical start times of 6AM
- 40 – 60 hours per week during peak months
- $21.50-$23 per hour Paid biweekly.
- $.50 increase after the 30 Days.
- 40 hour PTO after 1 calendar year with company.
- Additional 8 hours after each additional year with company.
Required Skills and Experience
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Must posses a valid Class A or B Commercial Driver’s License (CDL)
- Must have at least 2 years of dump truck driving experience
- Must have and maintain an acceptable driving record in compliance with DOT requirements
- Must be able to pass a DOT drug screen and DOT physical
- Must posses a USDOT Medical Examiner’s certificate
