Position Summary
The Order Processor supports Amgreat North America’s Order Management team by handling the day-to-day entry and processing of dealer, eCommerce, and B2B/B2C orders across all active sales channels. Working under the direction of the Order Management Supervisor, this role adds capacity to the order desk, keeps orders moving accurately and on time, and provides coverage so order processing continues without interruption.
This is an execution-focused, entry-level role well suited to someone who is detail-oriented, comfortable learning new systems, and able to follow established procedures. It requires written and spoken Mandarin Chinese, as the NetSuite environment and the Shenzhen team are Chinese-language.
