TIS Construction is looking for a self-motivated individual with exceptional communication skills to fill our FOREMAN opening. Experience in the commercial construction industry required. Our goal is to find an individual to integrate into our team & provide opportunities for future growth.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Follow directions with regards to daily production schedule & activities.
- Plan & manage construction jobs from start to finish, including hands on wherever needed.
- Provide on time & complete paperwork, reports, status updates, & three week look aheads.
- Coordinate equipment, crew & material needs.
- Train workers in the proper use of equipment, processes, safety & quality.
- Understand the job's Contract Scope of Work.
- Provide supervision & direction to all crew members at all times.
- Conduct weekly tool box safety meetings with all crew members.
- Establish & maintain a professional working relationship with the customer's representatives.
- Responsible for accomplishing any other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Ability to understand plans/blueprints and building/code requirements.
- Strong leadership & interpersonal skills
- Very organized, strong time management skills, & detail oriented.
- Proven success in meeting critical deadlines under stressful conditions
- Ability to follow verbal & written instructions
- Reliable form of transportation
- Available to work both days/nights, weekdays & weekends

Pay: $35.00 - $45.00 per hour
