About the Role: True Clinical Autonomy & A Warm, Modern Space
Are you tired of the high-stress, high-quota corporate counseling world? Do you want to focus entirely on your clinical work without the administrative burnout?
At Anna Thames Counseling PLLC in Monroe, NC, we believe that the best therapists are those who are rested, supported, and empowered to practice with complete autonomy.
Our motto is simple: Show up, see your clients, and go home. We handle 100% of the administrative burden—including marketing, scheduling, insurance credentialing, billing, and claims follow-up—so you can do what you do best.
Why Therapists Love Working With Us
- Complete Autonomy over Your Schedule: You set your own hours. There are no mandatory evenings or weekends required. We want you to build a schedule that protects your own self-care.
- No Arbitrary Caseload "Quotas": We do not demand high, unrealistic numbers just to keep a job. We work with you to find a caseload size that feels healthy, sustainable, and satisfying.

- A Supportive, Friendly Team: We are a small, collaborative, non-corporate practice that values authenticity, mutual respect, and a happy office vibe. You will never be "just a number" here.
