PALS, LLC helps adults with developmental disabilities live independently. We're looking for positive, energetic, and patient people to join our team!
What You’ll Do:
- Support clients with cooking, cleaning, budgeting, and daily living skills
- Help build community connections and personal independence
- Advocate for client self-sufficiency
- Part-time and Full-time
What You Need:
- Valid CA Driver’s License + insured, reliable vehicle
- Clean driving record (recent DMV printout)
- Ability to lift 35 pounds
- Compassion and strong communication skills
- Experience with assisting with Hoyer lift or have a willingness to learn
