Job Summary: We are searching for a motivated, hardworking individual to join our landscaping and property maintenance team in the greater Redding area. We are looking for someone who wants to learn the trade, take pride in their work, and grow within our expanding company.
Unlike many local landscape roles that slow down in the winter, we offer stable, year-round work. During the spring and summer, you will maintain residential and commercial properties. In the fall and winter, some of our team transitions to helping set-up and maintain the iconic Turtle Bay Garden of Lights show.
What You’ll Do:
- Maintain residential and commercial routes (mowing, blowing, edging, hedging, and property cleanup).
- Work with our seasonal team on the installation, testing, and maintenance of the Turtle Bay holiday light displays.
- Learn advanced landscaping skills, equipment safety, and project management.

Minimum Requirements
- Must have a valid driver’s license

Physical Requirements include the ability to walk, kneel, crouch, ascend/descend ladders, operate machinery, lift over 50 lbs, and constantly work in the outdoors and all weather conditions including (but not limited to) rain and extreme heat
Experience is not required but it is preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
