Associa is hiring a Portfolio Manager to over see multiple HOA communities in the northern VA area.
The Portfolio Manager ensures the community is well cared by partnering with stakeholders and managing the daily operations to include administrative, maintenance, capital projects, and budgets.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent and valid driver's license are required.
- Customer service minded, team oriented, and a proactive communication style.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.
- Organized, attention to detail, and self-directed with strong follow-up skills.
- Willingness to obtain CMCA within the first year of employment, company paid.
