Delaware Limo is a first-class limousine and car service provider servicing the tri-state area. Our company is experiencing rapid growth, and to support future expansion, we are seeking an experienced driver holding a current Class B CDL with a passenger endorsement and a DOT Medical Card to join our team. If you have 3+ years of safe Class B CDL driving experience, preferably including experience with holding passengers and a polished, client-focused demeanor, we want to hear from you!

This position is part-time ONLY, and drivers can expect to drive 0 – 30 hours per week. Given the nature of the industry, hours are not consistent week to week, and there are periods of the year when hours each week can be lower than average. We are seeking drivers for all shifts—daytime, evening, overnight, and weekends..
Delaware Limo's headquarters are located in Wilmington, DE. Therefore, a driver must have sufficient transportation to pick up vehicles from the office and return them to the same location at the end of their shift. Occasionally, a driver may be expected to hold on to a vehicle overnight and will be responsible for the care and safety of the vehicle while it is in their possession.
We provide flexible scheduling, additional chauffeur training (both virtual and in-person), and the opportunity to work in a supportive, professional team environment. Chauffeurs often receive cash tips from satisfied clients, but tips are not guaranteed for every trip.
Chauffeur – Key Tasks & Responsibilities
Provide Safe, Professional Transportation
- Obey all traffic laws and company driving standards (smooth acceleration/braking, defensive driving)
- Wear the company uniform (clean full black suit, tie, white shirt, black dress shoes) and maintain a professional appearance during all trips
Punctuality & Status Updates
- Arrive at each pick‑up location on time, using 15‑minute early‑arrival windows to ensure prompt service
- Update trip statuses using a mobile app at each stage (“On The Way,” “Arrived,” “Customer In Car,” “Done” etc.)
Vehicle Preparation & Maintenance
- Complete a digital pre‑trip and post‑trip inspection via mobile app every time a vehicle is picked up or dropped off.
- Refuel, vacuum, wipe down surfaces, and restock each vehicle in between trips and before returning it to the garage.
- Report any damage, maintenance issues, or safety concerns immediately to management.
Customer Service Excellence
- Greet clients warmly, assist with luggage, and anticipate customer needs (temperature control, route preferences, special requests)
- Maintain discretion, professionalism, and confidentiality at all times
Bonus Eligibility
- Strive for no accidents, positive client feedback, and receive no service complaints to qualify for bonuses
What we’re looking for:
- A minimum of 3 years of Class B CDL experience
- Previous chauffeur, public transit, paratransit, school busing, any passenger-focused experience required
- Previous professional driving experience is mandatory
- Available for all shifts—daytime, evening, and overnight shifts, weekends (REQUIRED)
- Ability to accept trips on short notice
- Must have clean driving records with NO criminal background history
- Must be willing to commute to Wilmington, DE
- Strong English communication skills required
- Must be comfortable using several smartphone apps regularly
- Knowledge of Delaware, Philadelphia, and the surrounding areas is needed
- Be able to lift 20- 30 lbs of luggage
- Proficient use of GPS
- Ability to work late hours and early mornings when needed
- Must be able to sit and drive for long periods (8+ hours)
- Valid Driver’s License (Required)
