Pay: $500.00 - $2,500.00 per week
Job description:
Financial Services EducatorHelp People Understand Money Before Asking Them to Buy Anything
We are looking for hardworking, coachable individuals who believe financial services should begin with education, service, and understanding—not pressure.
Our philosophy is simple:
Serve first. Educate second. Sell last.
As a Financial Services Educator, you will learn how to have meaningful conversations with individuals and families about financial protection, retirement concepts, and the importance of building a stronger financial foundation.
You do not need previous financial-services experience. Training and mentorship are provided as you work toward the licensing required to conduct regulated insurance activities.
What You'll Do
- Educate individuals and families on foundational financial concepts
- Ask questions to better understand clients' goals, concerns, and priorities
- Help identify areas where additional financial planning or protection may need to be considered
- Explain appropriate insurance and financial-product concepts within the scope of your licensing
- Develop relationships with individuals, families, and local businesses
- Follow up with prospective clients and maintain professional relationships
- Participate in ongoing product, sales, compliance, and leadership training
- Build referral relationships through community involvement and professional networking
- Maintain applicable licensing and follow all company and regulatory requirements
Who We're Looking For:
Financial experience is helpful, but it is not our primary requirement.
We are more interested in finding people who:
- Genuinely enjoy helping others
- Are willing to learn and be coached
- Communicate well and listen before offering solutions
- Are self-motivated and comfortable working toward performance goals
- Can handle rejection and continue moving forward
- Take personal and professional development seriously
- Want to improve their own financial literacy
- Are comfortable building relationships and meeting new people
- Conduct themselves with integrity and professionalism
Our Mission:
We believe too many families make major financial decisions without first receiving understandable financial education.
We want to help change that.
Our goal is to develop professionals who can sit across from another person, ask thoughtful questions, understand what matters to them, and help them become more informed about their financial options.
This is not about memorizing a high-pressure sales pitch.
It's about becoming knowledgeable enough to provide value, building trust through education, and earning business by serving people well.
Licensing
This position involves insurance and financial-services activities that may require an applicable state insurance license before conducting regulated business.
Candidates who are not currently licensed must be willing and eligible to complete the required licensing process before performing activities that require a license.
Details regarding licensing, training, and role expectations will be discussed during the interview process.
Compensation
This is a 100% commission-based opportunity. There is no guaranteed salary or hourly wage.
Compensation is based on eligible business written and issued in accordance with applicable compensation agreements.
Individual results vary. No specific level of earnings is guaranteed.
Why Consider Financial Services?
This opportunity may be a good fit for someone who wants to develop professional skills in:
- Financial literacy
- Client communication
- Relationship building
- Sales and business development
- Community networking
- Leadership
- Entrepreneurship
The knowledge and communication skills you develop can become valuable both professionally and personally.
