We're expanding our independent cleaning contractor network throughout the Katy, Fulshear, Richmond, Sugar Land and West Houston areas and are looking for experienced cleaning professionals who are ready to accept cleaning opportunities that fit their independently selected availability and service area.
Services may include:
- Residential cleaning
- Deep cleaning
- Move-in / move-out cleaning
- Vacation rental / short-term rental turnovers
- Apartment turnovers
- Commercial cleaning
- Specialty cleaning
- Other cleaning opportunities based on experience and qualifications
Contractor Pay
Approximately $20–$30+ per hour equivalent, depending on the type of service, job size, experience, qualifications and individual assignment.
Because this is an independent contractor opportunity, compensation may be structured by assignment rather than as a traditional hourly wage. Contractors are responsible for their own business expenses, supplies, equipment and transportation.
Ideal contractors have:
- Professional residential and/or commercial cleaning experience
- Their own professional cleaning supplies and equipment
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to work independently
- Professional communication and customer-service skills
- Ability to provide required business, insurance and identification documentation
- Willingness to complete our screening and onboarding process
Independent Contractor Opportunity
This is an independent contractor opportunity, not an employee position.
Contractors independently determine their availability and which service opportunities they choose to accept.
There are no guaranteed hours, assignments, job volume or income. Opportunities are made available based on client demand, service area, qualifications, availability and business needs.
Contractors may accept or decline available opportunities and may continue operating their own independent cleaning business and working with other clients or platforms.
