We’re seeking a dependable, detail-focused Dishwasher to support our kitchen team by maintaining a clean and safe workspace. As a dishwasher, you'll be essential to our daily operations—cleaning dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment quickly and efficiently to keep the flow of service moving. If you take pride in a job well done and enjoy working behind the scenes, this is the role for you!
Responsibilities include:

Wash dishes, utensils, cookware, and food prep tools quickly and thoroughly

Operate and maintain dishwashing equipment according to procedures

Keep dish area, sinks, floors, and trash areas clean and organized

Assist with putting away deliveries and organizing dry storage

Support other team members with basic cleaning and prep tasks as needed

Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain a clean work environment

Assist with closing and deep-cleaning tasks as scheduled

Assist Pitmaster in any BOH duties that may come up

Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment

Strong attention to cleanliness, detail, and safety

Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet for 6–8 hours

Reliable, punctual, and able to follow directions

Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays

Team player with a positive, can-do attitude
