- Deliver engaging therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based techniques to improve speech clarity, and language comprehension.
- Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams including physicians, occupational therapists, audiologists, and caregivers to coordinate care plans.
- Educate patients and their families on strategies to support communication.
- Maintain accurate documentation of assessments and treatment progress notes,
- Stay current with advancements in speech-language pathology practices by participating in ongoing professional development.
Experience
- Proven experience in speech therapy across diverse populations, such as pediatric.
- Demonstrated ability to implement evidence-based therapy techniques tailored to individual child needs.
- Excellent interpersonal skills for effective communication with families, and healthcare teams.
