Job Summary

Duties
- Supervise daily shop operations, ensuring all vehicles are detailed to the highest standards of cleanliness and quality.
- Coordinate scheduling and assign tasks to detail technicians, optimizing workflow for maximum efficiency.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment by overseeing janitorial and custodial duties within the shop.
- Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies, tools, and equipment; place orders as needed to ensure smooth operations.
- Train new team members on proper cleaning techniques, safety procedures, and customer service expectations.
- Conduct quality control inspections on completed vehicles to ensure adherence to company standards.
- Foster a positive team environment through leadership, motivation, and clear communication; handle personnel issues professionally.
Skills
- Proven supervising experience in an auto detailing or related environment with strong leadership skills.
- Extensive knowledge of cleaning techniques specific to vehicle detailing, including interior and exterior care.
- Experience managing janitorial or custodial services in commercial or hospitality settings such as hotels or facilities management.
- Strong management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
- Familiarity with laundry processes for vehicle upholstery or related textiles is a plus.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail for quality assurance and inventory management.
- Ability to motivate and lead a team effectively while maintaining high standards of safety and cleanliness.
