Key Responsibilities
HUD & Compliance
- Process Annual and Interim Recertifications
- Manage EIV system requirements
- Prepare for and support HUD inspections
- Ensure full compliance with HUD guidelines
Property Operations
- Maintain strong occupancy
- Maintain full rent collection from tenants
- Approve qualified lease applicants
- Supervise maintenance Team and ensure timely completion of service requests
- Walk property regularly to maintain curb appeal and property standards
- Obtain bids and coordinate vendor services
- Ensure company policies and procedures are followed
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of property management experience, preferably with HUD affordable housing.
- Strong knowledge of HUD compliance, recertifications, and inspection processes.
- Comfort using software like OneSite, Outlook, Excel, and Word.
- Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to be hands-on in property oversight.

Work Environment
