A nationally recognized law firm is seeking a Real Estate Associate Attorney to join its growing Philadelphia office.
This opportunity is ideal for an attorney interested in working on sophisticated commercial real estate transactions across the country within a highly respected national real estate platform.
- Commercial real estate acquisitions and dispositions
- Drafting and negotiating purchase and sale agreements
- Commercial leasing transactions
- Real estate financing matters
- Drafting and negotiating ancillary transaction documents
- Direct client interaction and substantive deal responsibility
- Exposure to real estate transactions throughout the United States
- Collaboration with a sophisticated national real estate team
- Approximately 3–4 years of commercial real estate experience
- Experience with acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and commercial real estate financing transactions strongly preferred
- Experience drafting and negotiating purchase and sale agreements and related transaction documents required
- Experience with real estate development projects and land use permitting matters is a plus
- Excellent writing, analytical, and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and academic credentials
- Juris Doctor from an ABA-accredited law school required
- Active Pennsylvania bar admission required or ability to waive in
- Sophisticated national real estate platform
- Exposure to complex transactions across multiple markets

Expected compensation ranges from approximately $235,000 – $325,000+ depending on class year, experience, and overall qualifications.
