Aristo HealthCare Services is seeking compassionate and skilled RNs and LPNs to provide one-on-one care in a home health setting. This role focuses on delivering high-quality, patient-centered care while promoting independence, dignity, and safety for our clients.

Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care in a home setting (Private Duty Nursing)
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitor vital signs and patient condition
- Perform assessments and document care accurately
- Manage chronic conditions (e.g., diabetes, respiratory support, G-tube, trach, etc.)
- Collaborate with physicians, case managers, and care teams
- Educate patients and families on care plans
- Ensure compliance with care plans and state regulations
Qualifications
Required:
- Active Washington State RN or LPN License
- Current CPR/BLS Certification
- Minimum 1 year nursing experience (home health or pediatric experience preferred)
- Strong clinical and documentation skills
- Ability to work independently
Preferred:
- Experience with Private Duty Nursing (PDN)
- Trach/Vent, G-tube, or pediatric care experience
- Familiarity with EMR systems
