**Responsibilities:**
- Greet and assist customers, providing them with information about products and services.
- Utilize your excellent communication skills to deliver exceptional customer service and resolve customer objections.
- Manage the sales process from start to finish.
- Maintain a clean and organized model home environment.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of the local real estate market.
- Provide support to management on key strategic sales decisions as needed.
- Utilize a CRM system to input and manage sales data.
- Collaborate with management to achieve sales goals and improve customer satisfaction.
**Requirements:**
- · Must have a valid Florida real estate license
· Sales, Customer Service and Communication skills
· Knowledge of the real estate industry and the home building process
· Ability to work effectively in a team environment
· Strong negotiating and persuasion skills
· Experience with CRM software
· New home sales experience is preferred

Pay: $90,000.00 - $160,000.00 per year
