Warehouse Associate – $14–$20/hr | No Weekends | Skilled Role
Monday–Friday | 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
VIP Barber Supply is hiring an experienced and highly organized Warehouse Associate to join our team in Tampa.
This is not an entry-level role. We’re looking for someone who understands warehouse operations, can manage both physical and administrative tasks, and keeps everything running efficiently.
Pay & Schedule
- $14.00 – $20.00 per hour (based on experience)
- Bi-weekly pay
- Monday–Friday schedule
- Every Saturday and Sunday off
- 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Key Responsibilities
- Receive and verify incoming shipments
- Dispatch and prepare outgoing orders
- Palletize and organize freight properly
- Label products and shipments accurately
- Coordinate with LTL carriers
- Assist with freight quoting when needed
- Maintain clean, organized inventory systems
- Support overall warehouse workflow and efficiency
Requirements
- Experience using Microsoft Excel (basic to intermediate)
- Warehouse experience required
- Knowledge of LTL carriers and shipping processes
- Experience with receiving, dispatching, and palletizing
- Strong organization and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and stay efficient under pressure
- Able to lift 15–50 lbs
- Reliable and punctual
- English required, Spanish is a plus (preferred but not required)
