The Warehouse Supervisor – R&M Parts & Rebuild Operations overseess daily warehouse operations and serves as a hands-on technical leader for the rebuilding, testing, and refurbishment of pumps, motors, and related mechanical components. This role ensures critical spare parts are available, reliable, and rebuilt to defined quality standards to support equipment uptime across the organization.
This position combines warehouse supervision, inventory discipline, and advanced mechanical rebuild work. The Warehouse Supervisor is expected to actively perform component teardown, inspection, rebuilding, testing, and quality verification.
Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, kitting, and shipping of R&M parts, ensuring a safe, organized, and efficient environment aligned with R&M standards.

Support technicians by parts handling, component rebuilds, inventory management, and deployment readiness.

Manage inventory accuracy through cycle counts, transaction controls, and CMMS documentation; oversee core, repairable, and critical spare inventories.

Coordinate parts staging and kitting to support preventive maintenance, scheduled work, capital projects, and urgent repairs while reducing emergency orders and downtime.

Perform hands-on teardown, diagnosis, rebuilding, testing, and reassembly of pumps, motors, and related mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic components.

Establish, document, and enforce standardized rebuild procedures, acceptance criteria, and quality standards across all repairable assets.

Ensure all rebuilt components are tested, labeled, serialized (where applicable), and deployment‑ready prior to release to the field.

Documents rebuild work, test results, photos, and parts usage to support traceability, audits, warranty recovery, and continuous improvement.

Analyze rebuild data and recurring failure trends; communicate insights to Standards, Platform, Engineering, and Maintenance teams to improve asset reliability.

Partner with Maintenance leadership to forecast rebuild demand based on failure rates, PM schedules, and asset lifecycle planning.

Support min/max, critical spares, and lifecycle replacement strategies in partnership with the Warehouse & Parts Analyst.

Drive continuous improvement in warehouse layout, rebuild workflows, tooling, and test equipment to improve efficiency and quality.

Enforce OSHA and company safety standards, including lockout/tagout, lifting practices, electrical testing, PPE usage, and general workspace compliance.

5+ years of hands-on experience rebuilding pumps, motors, or industrial mechanical equipment.

Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude (e.g., bearings, seals, alignment, motor testing).

Experience supervising warehouse or shop personnel.

Ability to read mechanical drawings, wiring diagrams, and equipment manuals.

Base Pay Range
$69,400.00 - $124,000.00
