Duties
- Lead and motivate the front of the house team to deliver top-tier service with enthusiasm and professionalism
- Prepare and serve a wide variety of beverages, including cocktails, spirits, wine, and beer, ensuring consistency and quality
- Ensure all food handling and food safety standards are strictly followed during beverage preparation and serving
- Oversee cash handling, cashiering duties, and POS transactions accurately while maintaining accountability
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders efficiently, and addressing any concerns promptly
- Maintain a clean, organized bar area that complies with health regulations and safety protocols
- Assist in training new staff on beverage recipes, POS systems, customer service techniques, and responsible serving practices
Experience
- Proven experience as a bartender in fine dining or upscale hospitality settings; nightclub or banquet experience is a plus
- Demonstrated leadership skills with previous supervisory or lead roles in food service or beverage operations
- Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; familiarity with retail math and basic math calculations for cash handling and sales reporting
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during busy periods
- Deep understanding of food safety standards, responsible serving practices, and alcohol regulations
- Experience working in the food industry with a focus on hospitality excellence; catering or food service background preferred
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments while maintaining attention to detail and delivering exceptional customer service
