What You'll Do

Support production operations by assisting with machine operation and material changeovers

Pack, move, and prepare finished products for shipment

Inspect parts using measuring tools and visual quality checks

Maintain accurate production counts and documentation

Assist with troubleshooting and basic production support tasks

Follow all safety and quality standards

Support other departments as needed to keep production running smoothly
What We're Looking For

High School Diploma or GED
-
Manufacturing experience is a plus, but not required

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

Ability to read work instructions and production documents

Experience using measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges is helpful

Reliable, team-oriented, and willing to learn
Physical Requirements

Ability to stand and walk throughout the shift

Frequent lifting of materials up to 75 lbs.

Ability to bend, reach, push, and pull throughout the day
