Five Rivers Aviation is seeking a dependable, professional, and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to support our FBO front desk at Livermore Municipal Airport.
This position serves as a primary point of contact for pilots, passengers, aircraft renters, vendors, line service personnel, and management. The ideal candidate is friendly, organized, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and committed to accuracy and excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
Greet customers and answer incoming phone calls professionally.
Coordinate aircraft arrivals, departures, fuel requests, rental cars, hotels, catering, crew cars, and other customer services.
Accurately collect and communicate aircraft tail numbers, fuel types, quantities, locations, timing, payment methods, and special instructions.
Create and review invoices, process approved payment methods, and verify that fuel, services, fees, discounts, and customer information are entered correctly.
Support aircraft renters with scheduling, paperwork, flight-log entries, Hobbs and Tach records, and schedule changes.
Route maintenance requests to the appropriate personnel without providing mechanical or airworthiness advice.
Maintain communication logs and prepare end-of-day reports covering fuel activity, callouts, open invoices, and unresolved customer issues.
Keep the front desk, lobby, and customer areas clean, organized, and properly stocked.
The role requires careful documentation, timely communication, and the ability to assist customers independently while knowing when to involve management.
Qualifications
Strong customer-service and communication skills.
Excellent attention to detail and organization.
Comfortable using computers, email, spreadsheets, scheduling systems, and payment software.
Able to manage multiple requests and remain professional under pressure.
Dependable, punctual, and willing to follow established procedures.
Previous aviation, hospitality, administrative, dispatch, or front-desk experience is preferred but not required.
General aviation knowledge is helpful; training will be provided.
Pay: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour
