Key Responsibilities:
- Operational Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth service, high-quality food, and a positive customer experience.
- Team Leadership: Manage, motivate, and train a team of staff members, ensuring they adhere to company standards and deliver excellent service.
- Financial Oversight: Manage the restaurant’s budget, monitor expenses, track inventory, and ensure profitability.
- Customer Satisfaction: Ensure that all customers receive top-tier service by maintaining a clean, friendly, and efficient environment.
- Compliance: Maintain health and safety standards, adhere to food safety regulations, and ensure compliance with all company policies.
- Marketing & Sales: Work with the management team to implement local promotions and ensure maximum customer engagement and sales growth.
- Staff Scheduling: Create efficient work schedules that meet the restaurant's needs and budget.
- Problem-Solving: Address customer complaints, resolve operational challenges, and implement improvements as needed.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a General Manager or Assistant Manager in a fast-food or quick-service restaurant.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to multitask and handle high-pressure situations in a fast-paced environment.
- Good understanding of restaurant financials and inventory management.
- Knowledge of food safety and health regulations.
