FH Brunch Factory is Farmington Hills' destination for scratch-made breakfast and brunch. We run a fast, high-volume kitchen where quality and speed both matter. We're building a team of professionals who take pride in their craft — and we pay, train, and promote accordingly.
The Role
We're looking for an experienced breakfast cook who can own a station during a busy weekend rush without missing a beat. This is not an entry-level position. You should walk in the door already able to execute the full breakfast repertoire at volume.
What You'll Do
- Run the line during high-volume breakfast and brunch service
- Execute eggs to order — over easy, over medium, scrambled, poached, omelets — consistently and fast
- Master the griddle: pancakes, French toast, waffles, hash browns, breakfast meats
- Manage multiple tickets simultaneously while hitting ticket-time targets
- Complete daily prep lists accurately and on time
- Maintain a clean, organized station and follow all food safety standards (ServSafe practices, proper temps, FIFO rotation)
- Communicate clearly with the Kitchen Manager and front-of-house team
- Support opening and closing procedures
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of breakfast/brunch line cook experience in a high-volume restaurant
- Proven egg and griddle skills — you'll cook during your interview
- Speed, consistency, and composure under pressure
- Reliability: on time, every shift, no exceptions
- A team-first attitude and pride in your work
- Weekend availability required (our busiest days)
- ServSafe certification a plus
