LEO’S Photography is hiring Seasonal School Photographers, in our Auburn office, to help bring picture day to life at over 400 schools across Washington. Our Auburn office services schools throughout Western Washington from Olympia to Bellingham.

No photography experience? No problem! We provide paid training, professional equipment, and all the support you need. Our goal is to prepare you to confidently focus on helping students look their best and feel confident in front of the camera.
Pay & Schedule
Pay: The first two weeks will start at $22 an hour with an automatic raise to $23 per hour after internal review of your progression.
· Seasonal Schedule:
o Fall: August – November
o Spring: February – May
o Most picture days begin early in the morning and finish by early afternoon, following school hours. Most weekends off.

What You’ll Do
· As a School Photographer, you will:
o Travel to local schools for scheduled picture days\
o Set up and take down professional photography equipment (provided)
o Photograph students individually and in groups
o Help students feel comfortable and confident in front of the camera
o Work closely with teammates to keep picture day organized, efficient, and fun
o Represent LEO’S Photography with professionalism and positivity
Picture day moves quickly and involves interacting with many students throughout the day. Photographers who succeed in this role are upbeat, dependable, patient, and comfortable following structured schedules.
A Typical Picture Day
· Arrive at a local school early morning
· Set up camera and lighting equipment with your team
· Photograph students throughout the morning
· Keep lines moving and help students feel at ease
· Pack equipment and finish early afternoon
Every day is different, but the goal is always the same: create a smooth, organized experience while capturing great student portraits.

Photography experience is helpful but not required.
