As a Landscape Laborer, you will perform essential landscape maintenance tasks while adhering to Rapoza's high-quality standards and safety procedures under the direction of a Crew Leader.

Follow instructions provided by the Crew Leader or Crew Leader in Training

Perform various landscaping tasks, including mowing, trimming, planting, watering, pruning, and mulching

Dig holes and trenches as needed for work completion

Communicate observations and concerns to the Crew Leader

Maintain a high standard of quality in all work performed

Adhere to safety procedures and standards

Participate in Rapoza training related to equipment and safety

Arrive on time and prepared for work, dressed in the appropriate Rapoza uniform

Valid MA Driver's license

Willingness to work in inclement weather and on Saturdays

Positive attitude, reliability, and strong work ethic

At least 1 year of landscape maintenance experience (Required)

Ability to lift 80 lbs. occasionally and frequently transport materials up to 50 lbs.

Physical ability to perform tasks involving lifting, bending, walking, carrying, and pushing
Pay: $23.00 - $28.00 per hour
