About Venture Underwriting
Venture Underwriting is a property inspection company serving insurance carriers throughout the Northeast. Our field network performs thousands of residential and commercial insurance inspections each month across multiple states.
As our company continues to grow, we're looking to add a Junior Field Operations Coordinator to our Operations Department.
This is not an administrative assistant position.
This is a management development opportunity.
You'll spend your first year learning directly from three experienced Operations Managers while working closely with the owner of the company. Our goal is to develop someone capable of becoming a long-term member of our Operations Management Team.
What You'll Do
No two days are exactly alike, but responsibilities include:
- Assist with day-to-day field operations
- Recruit and interview new field inspectors
- Coordinate inspector onboarding
- Learn customer-specific operating procedures
- Monitor inspection quality and operational performance
- Help resolve inspector and customer issues
- Track operational metrics and workload capacity
- Support implementation of new insurance carrier accounts
- Participate in process improvement initiatives
- Help develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures
- Work closely with Dispatch, Quality Assurance, Customer Service, and Accounting
- Assist Operations Managers with special projects and daily priorities
As your experience grows, you'll gradually assume greater ownership of operational responsibilities.

Preferred Qualifications

Property inspection experience is not required.
Training
Unlike many companies that expect new managers to "figure it out," this position follows a structured development plan.
