About the Role:
The Glue Press Operator plays a critical role in the manufacturing process by operating and maintaining glue press machinery to ensure the efficient and precise bonding of materials. This position requires a keen attention to detail to monitor machine performance, adjust settings, and troubleshoot issues to maintain product quality and consistency. The operator will collaborate closely with production teams to meet daily output targets while adhering to safety and quality standards. Minimum Qualifications:
