Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and personable Bartender to join our family team! In this role, you will craft and serve a variety of beverages, provide exceptional customer service, and create a lively, welcoming environment for our guests. Your expertise in mixology, beverage presentation, and POS systems will help ensure every guest has a memorable experience.
Duties
- Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
- Engage with guests to recommend drinks, answer questions about our beverage menu, and enhance their overall experience
- Manage cash transactions accurately using TOAST
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety standards
- Monitor inventory levels, restock supplies, and place orders as needed
Requirements
- Proven experience in bartending, mixology, or related food service roles within hospitality or restaurant environments
- Strong knowledge of spirits, wine, craft beer, cocktail creation, and beverage recipe development
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally
- Ability to manage time efficiently during high-volume periods while maintaining attention to detail
- Basic math skills for processing cash transactions and retail math proficiency for inventory management
