Pay:
- Training Rate: $14/hr (typically 1 week or less)
- Post-Training: $16–$20/hr based on skill and experience

What You’ll Do
As a Line Cook at The Boathouse, you’ll work alongside seasoned chefs in a high-volume kitchen. You’ll master your station, cook with precision, and help create the dishes our guests come back for again and again.
Your Responsibilities:
- Prep and stock your station with care and accuracy
- Cook dishes to exact standards — fresh, consistent, and on time
- Work as a team, communicating clearly with BOH and FOH staff
- Follow chef instructions and maintain quality control
- Keep your station clean, organized, and in compliance with safety and sanitation standards
Pay & Growth
- Training: Start at $14/hr — most move up quickly
- Post-Training: $16–$20/hr depending on experience and skill level
- Lead Cook Track: Earn up to $24/hr with added responsibilities and leadership opportunities
What We’re Looking For
- Experience as a Line or Prep Cook preferred (but not required)
- Strong attention to detail and solid communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen
- Team-oriented mindset and positive attitude
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs, navigate stairs, and stand for extended shifts
- Availability on weekends and holidays
