Position Details
Location: Carrollton, TX
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
Pay: Starting at $16.00+/hour, depending on experience
Type: Temp-to-Hire
What You'll Do
- Assemble and inspect complex electronic assemblies and subassemblies.
- Perform wiring, cable harnessing, and component installation.
- Hand solder electronic components.
- Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and work instructions.
- Verify completed assemblies meet quality standards.
- Use hand tools, measuring tools, and electronic assembly equipment.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Qualifications
✔ High School Diploma or GED
✔ 1–2 years of electronics assembly experience
✔ Experience using hand tools and measuring equipment
✔ Ability to read blueprints and detailed work instructions
✔ Hand soldering experience (SN96 or HMP preferred)
✔ BGA soldering experience is a plus
✔ Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
✔ Reliable attendance and ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
