Job Summary:
RTG Solutions is seeking reliable and motivated Commercial Roofers to join our growing team. This role involves installing, repairing, and maintaining commercial roofing systems on a variety of projects. Whether you are an experienced roofer or someone looking to start a career in the trades, we provide the training, support, and opportunities needed to grow within the company. This position may require regional travel depending on project locations.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with the installation, repair, and maintenance of commercial roofing systems including TPO, EPDM, PVC, Modified Bitumen, and metal roofing
- Participate in roof tear-offs and installation of insulation and membrane systems
- Operate roofing tools and equipment safely and efficiently
- Follow project specifications, blueprints, and work orders as directed by the Field Foreman
- Maintain compliance with OSHA safety standards and company safety policies
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site
- Assist with loading, unloading, and organizing roofing materials and equipment
- Work collaboratively with crew members to complete projects on time
- Travel to regional job sites as required
Qualifications:
- No experience required; all experience levels encouraged to apply
- Roofing or construction experience is a plus
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Ability to follow direction and work effectively as part of a crew
- Ability to work at heights and in varying weather conditions
- Physically able to lift materials and perform manual labor
- Willingness to travel for out-of-town projects when needed
