What you will do
Act as the central coordinator between maintenance, production, and engineering teams to ensure work is properly planned and executed
Prepare and manage work orders, preventive maintenance, and predictive maintenance schedules to maximize technician efficiency
Identify, source, and stage materials, tools, and equipment needed for maintenance work to reduce delays during execution
Maintain and update maintenance records, procedures, and documentation to support future work and continuous improvement
Review completed work and identify follow-up actions to improve planning accuracy and equipment reliability
Support planning and scheduling of routine maintenance as well as shutdowns and outage work
Apply continuous improvement principles to streamline maintenance processes and reduce wasted time
Ensure safety and compliance requirements are incorporated into all planned work
Enter and maintain production and maintenance data to support operational analysis and improvements
Manage ordering and stocking of maintenance-related materials and supplies
Provide backup support to maintenance leadership during absences or peak periods
What you bring
High school diploma or equivalent required; technical degree is a plus
Experience working in a manufacturing or industrial environment
Prior experience in maintenance planning, scheduling, or coordination
Mechanical or electrical background with ability to understand maintenance requirements
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Nice to have
Experience using maintenance management systems
Background working directly in maintenance, fabrication, or machining
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings or blueprints
Experience with process improvement or structured maintenance practices
Strong communication skills across operations and maintenance teams
Schedule + Environment
