POSITION SUMMARY:
Provide quick and efficient service to our guests by delivering food and/or drink orders.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
v Deliver food orders to Chill Bar, pool area and/or terrace.

Prep condiments for the day labeling accordingly with date.

Assist service staff in bussing tables.

Assist servers in cleaning and sanitizing.

Assist bartenders with delivery of beer, ice, and supplies as requested.

Stock plates, silverware, condiments, etc. as needed.

Sweep and mop kitchen floor as needed.
v Practice safe working conditions under the Occupational Safety and Health Administration guidelines to include blood borne pathogens and property Health Plan.
v Keep pool deck clean from spills and trash.
v Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards.
v Assist Chill Bar when needed to deliver food or drinks (ABC license required)
v Maintain assurance of all pool and slide rules.
v Perform additional duties as requested by management.
Qualifications and Requirements

Must be able to work weekends, holidays, days and evenings.

Must be self-motivated and able to work well with minimal supervision.

Must have or be able to acquire TN Server Permit.

Must have reliable transportation.

Must maintain a clean uniform and keep a professional appearance.
