The firm is currently looking to add a Labor & Employment Associate to its growing team, supporting employer-side matters throughout Florida. This role offers flexibility with remote or hybrid options across several Florida offices, along with the opportunity to work closely with prominent clients on complex and high-impact workplace issues.

Oversee employment litigation cases from initial filing through final resolution

Handle all stages of litigation, including drafting pleadings, managing discovery, taking and defending depositions, and motion practice

Counsel clients on everyday employment matters such as compliance, workplace policies, and risk management strategies

Represent employers in administrative proceedings, including agencies such as the EEOC

Collaborate with clients to develop practical, business-focused legal solutions

J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school

Active admission to the Florida Bar

3+ years of experience in management side employment law

Excellent writing, analytical, and communication skills

Ability to balance multiple matters in a fast-paced, client-facing setting

Experience advising employers on Florida-specific employment laws is strongly preferred
