What You'll Do
- Meet with homeowners in their homes or invite them to our showroom
- Visit customers' homes to take measurements and prepare flooring estimates
- Follow up with prospective customers and guide them through the buying process
- Build relationships with homeowners, real estate professionals, contractors, and referral partners
- Utilize company-provided leads and develop new business opportunities
- Attend team meetings and training sessions
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience from initial consultation through project completion

Experience
Previous flooring, home improvement, retail, or in-home sales experience is preferred, but not required.
At our company, we hire for attitude, character, and work ethic first. We can teach product knowledge and sales techniques. We cannot teach integrity, professionalism, and a commitment to serving customers.
