Controller – Plastic Manufacturing

We are seeking a hands-on Controller to join our growing plastic manufacturing company. The ideal candidate will have 3–5+ years of accounting and finance experience, including at least 2 years in manufacturing and cost accounting.
This role will lead month-end close, financial reporting, intercompany accounting, AP, AR, and fixed asset accounting, while providing strong insight into manufacturing costs, inventory, product costing, and variances.
We’re looking for someone who understands both accounting and manufacturing operations and can turn financial data into meaningful business decisions. Experience with plastic manufacturing, standard costing, ERP systems, and advanced Excel is a strong plus.
